Tridonic Atco SA (Pty) Ltd was
formed in 1993 as the result of a merger between Decalight
Manufacturing and W J Parry. The equity of the company is
shared equally between Power Technologies Limited
(Powertech) and Tridonic.ATCO Bauelemente GmbH (Austria)
with Powertech holding management control and Tridonic.ATCO
Austria providing the technical input.
Powertech is the largest power
electrical group in Southern Africa with an annual turnover
of R8 Billion and operates in a wide range of activities
